‘Our authentic gelato is made fresh daily using an original and secret recipe established in 1960 by my Grandfather on the island of Vulcano in Sicily, and this recipe has now been handed down to me for safe keeping.

My Australian born wife Josephine also fell in love with the mystique and allure of gelato making and spent 3 European summers working in Italy learning the craft from an artisan with over 50 years experience.

Together, we offer you a truly spectacular gelato using only quality products, making it with love and serving it fresh.’
