"This year Creative Ingredients exhibited for the first time at the Brisbane Fine Food show.

The 3 day event held in the heart of Brisbane gave us a chance to connect with our Queensland customers as well as gain new clients. John Crowl our in-house gelato maestro made and decorated the fresh gelato each day in front of passing crowds who were all eager to watch.

We even had the pleasure of Gino from Vulcano Gelato (Rye, Victoria) come in and

demonstrate their signature Vulcano serving technique."

Very long queues in summer, but it is gelato well worth waiting for!”
